We provide luxurious, fully-furnished and equipped rental properties with excellent service for traveling professionals throughout the Sacramento region for stays of 30 days or more.
Easy Travel Lodging House Rules
House rules set expectations we have with guests from the start. Basically, we would expect you to treat our home/property/apartment as well, if not better, than your own home.
All applicants are required to pay for and complete a background check.
Once the background check for your midterm rental application has yielded satisfactory results, your application will be approved.
Pets
Typically, Easy Travel Lodging does not accept pets. If, for some reason, an exception is made, based on the pre-established criteria outlined by Easy Travel Lodging, the occupant must fill out a Pet Addendum form before occupancy.
Events
No large events are allowed on the premises.
Smoking
This is a smoke-free environment. Should there be evidence of smoking, the occupant will be charged for damages such as re-carpeting, painting, cleaning, etc.
Vaping and e-cigarettes
Vaping and e-cigarette smoking is not allowed inside the property.
Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are typically designated between 10:00 pm-6:00 am. Please be respectful of your surroundings and other people’s work schedules. We ask that you be quiet and discreet, especially at night.
Check-in and check-out times
Check-in time is at 2:00 PM on the mutually approved move-in day and check-out time is at 11:00 AM upon the move-out day.
Maximum number of guests
Occasional overnight guests are allowed for up to seven days. Any extended stay must be approved by Easy Travel Lodging.
Commercial photography and filming
Not allowed.
Safety
Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the property.
Health and Safety
Please do not keep any food in the bedroom.
